Vice President of Operations

Job overview

The Vice President of Operations role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, with a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year. This leader connects strategic goals with execution across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Client Services. The role advances firm initiatives, improves workflows, supports risk management, and oversees operational infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Contribute to strategic planning and execution across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Client Services
• evaluate workflows and drive operational change management
• collaborate with portfolio management and investment teams on risk management and operational workflows
• oversee administrative and operational infrastructure
• serve as a central interdepartmental liaison for firm initiatives
• contribute to working groups and strategic initiatives.
