What you'll do

• Assist with field supervision and construction oversight
• monitor and document contractor activities and safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• participate in surveys, mitigation planning, and punch-list resolution
• support environmental and regulatory compliance
• track schedule and cost
• maintain drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, logs, and records
• coordinate testing and inspections
• review quality documentation and resolve non-conformances
• attend meetings and prepare reports and minutes
• support safety management, close-out, as-built reviews, warranty tracking, and maintenance strategies.
