What you'll do

• Lead CRM and lifecycle programs
• create audience segments, personalized journeys, and automated email, SMS, and digital campaigns
• write guest email content
• translate guest sentiment and survey data into strategies
• build reporting and KPI dashboards
• maintain data quality
• own Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementation
• manage vendor scope
• verify source-system data
• support loyalty and membership programs and cross-property retention.
