What you'll do

• Complete assigned assessments, MDS documentation, and care plans
• initiate care plans and related activities
• create and distribute monthly care plan calendars
• maintain and update care plans and assessments
• audit clinical records for accuracy and timeliness
• inform the Director of Nursing about persistent documentation issues
• protect confidential information.
