Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Rocky Mount, NC, with pay of $10–$16 per hour. Somerset Court of Rocky Mount’s dietary team supports nutritious, high-quality meals for residents. The aide assists with meal preparation and service, resident meal support, kitchen sanitation, and food safety. The role also helps the dietary team manage supplies and accommodate residents’ dietary requests and preferences.

What you'll do

• Help prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans and special requests
• maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness
• wash dishes and equipment
• assist residents with meal setup and service
• follow food storage, handling, and sanitation protocols
• receive and store supplies
• check inventory and report shortages
• and support the dietary team with food preparation and meal service.
