Production Supervisor — Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate assigned shift activities
• coach associates on safety, shift handoffs, production performance, and 6S
• address performance issues
• lead Tier 1 meetings
• support standard work
• use Lean principles and data analysis to reduce scrap, usage, and waste
• coordinate production, workflow, material handling, quality, and maintenance
• attend shift-change meetings
• work overtime and weekends as required.
