What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues where no license is required, carpentry, and other property features.
• Complete service requests, help prepare vacant units for rent, perform preventive maintenance and inspections, maintain records and inventory, and communicate with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• The role includes on-call shifts and work any day of the week, including overtime.
