What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, errands, shopping, and transportation to appointments as needed
• provide medication reminders
• monitor and report changes in condition
• follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe home environment.
