What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily living services according to resident service plans
• document observed changes in condition
• follow quality, regulatory, HIPAA, OSHA, and bloodborne pathogen requirements
• report safety concerns
• communicate resident needs with care partners
• assist with meal service, dining room clearing, and cleaning.
