Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is an onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA, with a salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 per year. This position supports the Duro Design team by defining and scaling quality systems for hardware engineering platforms. The role exists to architect and implement comprehensive quality strategies across the software stack, ensuring system-wide reliability. It contributes to the team by embedding quality into the design and deployment lifecycle through systemic risk assessment and AI-augmented workflows.

What you'll do

• Define and evolve end-to-end quality strategy
• design and maintain scalable test infrastructure using Vitest, Jest, and Playwright
• collaborate with product and engineering teams for feature testability
• validate React interfaces and GraphQL APIs
• optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
• lead regression analysis and incident retrospectives.
