The Registered Nurse Staff Nurse role is onsite in Oxnard, CA; compensation is $50–$55.50 per hour. The nurse provides care and services to residents in a long-term care setting under the Director of Nursing Services. The nurse assesses residents, develops and updates care plans, administers treatments, and monitors responses. The role supports residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being while coordinating with nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within the legal scope of practice
• assess residents and implement and evaluate care plans
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• conduct rounds
• document assessments and interventions
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor and report adverse reactions
• coordinate diagnostic services
• supervise and support nursing personnel
• respond to emergencies and participate in infection control and quality improvement.
