What you'll do

• Guide Front of House and Heart of House operations
• manage service flow and guest concerns
• monitor food and beverage quality
• oversee purchasing, inventory, cash handling, and cost controls
• coach and train team members
• open and close the restaurant
• support hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and development
• partner with the General Manager on financial, marketing, and community initiatives
• ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and food-handling requirements.
