What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a specialty provider network in the assigned market
• identify network needs and recruit providers
• manage contracting from outreach through execution and implementation
• negotiate agreements within company guidelines
• conduct provider visits and educate provider offices
• research and coordinate resolution of provider issues
• monitor network adequacy and access
• document provider activity and report market developments
• collaborate with internal departments.
