What you'll do

• Handle incoming service requests and gather customer, equipment, and technical information
• assess issues and determine whether remote troubleshooting, parts replacement, or technician dispatch is appropriate
• schedule field technicians and coordinate travel, customer access, deliveries, and job logistics
• prepare estimates and obtain purchase orders or work authorizations
• coordinate warranty claims, parts, inventory, and returns
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment histories
• review technician reports and prepare completed work for invoicing
• monitor work orders and quotations
• maintain service records
• identify opportunities to improve dispatch, technician utilization, response times, and operations.
