What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• maintain and deploy computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• troubleshoot Wi-Fi and camera systems
• support routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• assist with Moodle, Office 365, and other educational applications
• provide student onboarding and technology guidance
• respond to and document helpdesk requests
• maintain printing operations and laptop carts
• travel between Cleveland and Fairlawn campuses.
