Group Fitness Instructor

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop coaches and potential leaders
• maintain an engaged Personal Training/MMA team
• provide club tours and explain Fitness Department services
• assist members on the floor
• support revenue-generating activities
• sell training sessions
• prospect and complete sales
• monitor operational procedures and employee performance
• perform administrative and housekeeping duties as needed.
