What you'll do

• Manage architects, engineers, and supply-chain stakeholders to deliver compliant projects
• analyze and track milestone activities
• ensure project governance, processes, systems, and best practices are applied
• produce project status reports
• monitor multiple construction projects and approved design standards
• manage supplier interfaces through trackers and reviews
• coordinate project information through meetings and written communications
• forecast and update milestones
• manage local design teams against commission criteria
• provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders
• respond to field RFIs
• provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required
• review status reports, drawings, timelines, and costs
• support client relationships
• capture project learnings and identify process improvements.
