Customer Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Answer customer emails and calls, including product identification and interchange
• enter, maintain, and expedite sales orders
• quote products accurately
• purchase products directly from manufacturers
• support outside sales staff and customer follow-up
• identify and document cost savings
• capture walk-in sales
• may occasionally assist with warehouse shipping and receiving. High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years in customer service or sales preferred
• ability to lift 50 pounds.
