What you'll do

• Start, operate, and monitor the hot-mix asphalt plant
• control aggregate and liquid asphalt mixing, manage silo storage, and load trucks
• follow safety policies and procedures
• maintain operating paperwork and production records
• coordinate with road crews
• perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot routine issues
• operate a front-end loader when needed
• keep the plant site clean
• work nights and weekends as required.
