What you'll do
- Assess Stage III and higher pressure injuries, evaluate and manage hospital-acquired pressure injuries, support reporting, and assess hospital practices to develop strategies to reduce and eliminate these injuries.
- Provide wound, ostomy, continence, and skin-care assessments and treatment planning, along with patient and family education.
