The analyst will build relationships with brokers, develop import policies and standard operating procedures, and ensure all cross-border movements are documented and compliant with regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Construct and improve the U.S. import control framework
• build relationships with site shipping, programs, and brokers
• draft and operationalize import policies and SOPs
• clear imports through Customs
• assign and maintain HTS classifications
• administer Duty-Free Entry under HTSUS 9808.00.30
• manage TIBs, carnets, and ITAR temporary import authorizations
• support ACE for imports
• manage compliance side of broker relationships
• approve International Shipping Requests.
