The analyst designs individualized behavior programs, assesses needs, supervises behavior technicians, and trains parents and staff to support consistent implementation of interventions for clients.

What you'll do

• Design and implement individualized behavior programs
• supervise Registered Behavior Technicians working one-on-one with learners
• conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• provide behavior-related training to parents and staff.
