Patient Liaison Supervisor

Alcanza Clinical Research operates a multi-site clinical research network conducting Phase I–IV studies across several therapeutic areas. The supervisor leads patient recruitment and engagement staff to identify, engage, and enroll eligible clinical-trial participants. The role monitors recruitment performance, develops study-specific strategies, coordinates with clinical and site teams, and supports compliant enrollment operations.

What you'll do

• Manage and train the patient liaison team
• monitor recruitment metrics and targets
• develop recruitment plans
• oversee prescreening and appointment quality
• use CTMS to track no-shows and screening failures
• coordinate with site staff, investigators, sponsors, and community partners
• organize outreach events
• manage staff scheduling and performance
• handle escalated patient inquiries
• and ensure compliance with regulatory and study requirements.
