The Resident Assistant — Overnight, The Rushseba role is onsite in Rush City, MN, working 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. and including every other weekend and holiday. Pay is $19–$23.65 per hour. The role is in Vivie’s Nursing department and supports residents’ dignity, comfort, and companionship. The assistant helps residents with daily care, meals, mobility, and activities, maintains resident spaces, and reports changes in health or emotional well-being to nursing staff so residents can live safely and comfortably in the community.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, mobility, meals, restorative care, and life skills
• encourage participation in social, recreational, and wellness activities
• perform housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• monitor and report changes to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.

Why this role

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification is preferred and may be required for some assisted-living levels.
