What you'll do

• Manage teams of engineers, drafters, designers, and technicians
• oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• assign and coordinate work
• provide technical assistance and training
• manage detailed overhead transmission and distribution line design
• review work for quality and accuracy
• produce and review design packages and calculations
• prepare cost estimates, budgets, proposals, and studies
• support business development and client communications
• mentor and develop team members.
