What you'll do

• Lead local market operations and support market launch, logistics, consumer branding, and team effectiveness
• interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• coach employees through feedback and performance check-ins
• recognize team accomplishments
• generate and present reports
• support vehicle washing or delivery alongside team members as needed
• drive production and improve customer and employee experience
• manage complex customer-facing issues.
