The Planning and Delivery Manager, Data Center Construction role is based onsite in River Bend, LA; compensation is not specified. KALCON supports delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects as an extension of the Owner’s Representative team. The role provides field-based schedule leadership and construction planning oversight, helping project teams validate progress, manage schedule risks, coordinate commissioning and turnover milestones, and support operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Maintain an active site presence to validate contractor schedules and progress against field conditions. Manage the owner’s project schedule
• review Primavera P6 schedules, logic, milestones, and recovery plans
• identify risks and constraints
• coordinate construction sequencing with procurement, commissioning, startup, and turnover
• track owner-furnished equipment and long-lead items
• prepare schedule reports and communicate risks and recommendations.
