What you'll do

• Coordinate branch staffing
• conduct new-hire orientations and benefits enrollment
• maintain applicant, employee, and risk-management records
• process hourly and salaried payroll
• investigate employee, regulatory, and safety complaints
• manage workers’ compensation claims
• handle day-to-day personnel matters
• provide training as needed
• may serve as Facility Safety Officer or attend safety committee meetings.
