What you'll do

• Prepare estimates from concept through design and construction, including change orders
• prepare material takeoffs from drawings and plans
• break down systems and subsystems
• assign material, equipment, subcontractor, and labor costs
• obtain vendor and supplier quotes
• apply cost escalations
• conduct bid cost analyses
• participate in client review and presentation meetings
• compare estimate submissions and respond to comments
• follow policies for handling Controlled Unclassified Information.
