Compensation is $13–$16 per hour. The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – EIDT Hybrid role is hybrid in Russellville, AR, serving a local school district and Early Intervention Day Treatment centers. Cynergy Rehab Group describes the position as supporting children across school and early-intervention settings. The pathologist evaluates speech and language disorders, develops individualized education and EIDT plans, and provides direct therapy. What you'll do

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• develop and implement individualized education plans and EIDT plans of care
• provide direct therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
• complete timely electronic documentation
• and work in school and play-based early-intervention settings.
