What you'll do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and provide hands-on leadership across shifts
• support guest satisfaction through speed, accuracy, friendliness, food quality, and cleanliness
• monitor operating metrics and controllable costs
• help manage labor, staffing, scheduling, food cost, waste, and inventory
• hire, train, coach, recognize, and develop team members
• maintain food and workplace safety and operational compliance
• address guest and team concerns
• partner with the General Manager on staffing, retention, training, and improvement priorities.
