What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• adjust tools and offsets for wear and quality
• troubleshoot machining issues and support process improvements
• record production data and maintain job and inspection documentation
• perform routine machine maintenance
• deburr, clean, and package parts
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• collaborate with leads, supervisors, and quality teams.
