The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Engagement Specialist role is onsite in Saratoga Springs, NY. The stated pay range is $21.25–$23.93 per hour. The position supports residents and the Memory Care Program at The Wesley Community. The specialist uses person-centered interventions based on residents’ histories and lifestyles to support self-care participation, psychosocial well-being, and quality of life. The role works with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team and assists with daily living and life-skill activities.

What you'll do

• Work with Memory Care Program staff and the interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe, comfortable, familiar environment
• help complete behavioral health profiles through conversations with residents and families
• develop and implement individual and small-group activities for daily living, self-care, and life skills
• assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• and assist with the Community Workshop.
