What you'll do

• Develop and execute warehouse technology and operational improvement strategies involving WMS optimization, automation, JotForms, system enhancements, and new-site implementations. Standardize dashboards, reporting, data mappings, and systems
• automate reporting, maintain documentation and work instructions, support database power users with IT/Data, and lead JotForms planning and development. Lead cross-site technology and process improvement projects, WMS configuration and implementations, workflow optimization, cost-saving initiatives at SILC and Janesville, and project tracking. Coordinate with warehouse leadership, Corporate IT, PMO, HSE, Quality, Inventory, and other partners. Optimize shared resources and lead, coach, and develop team members.
