The Cybersecurity Policy / Information Assurance Program Analyst role is full-time and onsite at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC, with a pay range of $76,000–$106,000 per year. THOR Solutions supports a Department of Homeland Security information technology program focused on cybersecurity governance, assessment and authorization, and information assurance. The analyst develops policy and process materials, supports training and accreditation documentation, and coordinates with government stakeholders. These efforts strengthen cybersecurity governance and help maintain compliant information assurance operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and update cybersecurity policies, tracking tools, training guides, and process guides
• collaborate with government stakeholders on memoranda, interconnection security agreements, and memoranda of understanding
• update portal content
• support centralized training tracking
• assist ISSOs with system management guides, policies, and accreditation SOPs
• standardize processes and templates.
