What you'll do

• Manage and grow key accounts
• identify sales opportunities and expand product and sample sales
• support annual sales goals
• lead Hub & Spoke expansion with flooring stores, home builders, commercial specifiers, and other channels
• prospect, present to, onboard, and grow accounts
• develop customer-specific marketing, merchandising, training, showroom, sample, and promotional programs
• travel throughout the United States to support customers and attend events
• collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and leadership.
