What you'll do

• Lead and demonstrate workouts
• instruct and correct movement
• support member safety and adapt exercises with modifications or progressions
• conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• promote F45 services
• maintain studio cleanliness and equipment
• assist with check-ins, scheduling, inventory, and social media content
• attend required training and education sessions.
