What you'll do

• Greet and assist people entering the treatment center
• verify identification, program participation, insurance eligibility, and authorization
• collect and account for patient fees
• assist with insurance forms and concerns
• maintain financial records and reports
• cover reception, answer phones, schedule appointments and intakes
• manage admissions and discharges in the Central Registry
• maintain charts and office supplies
• support clerical tasks and clinic standards.
