Account Management Representative I

The Account Management Representative I role is hybrid in Lisle, IL, with four in-office days per week, Monday through Thursday. Compensation is $17.15–$23.36 per hour. Covista provides technology-enabled education through five accredited institutions and works to expand access to healthcare careers and address workforce shortages. The representative manages a portfolio of approximately 850–950 students, assessing account situations and advising on student finance so learners can make informed decisions. The role coordinates with academic and other departments to resolve financing issues, address escalated concerns, and support student success throughout the student lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Assess student financial situations and develop and continually evaluate individualized financial plans
• collaborate across departments to improve the student experience
• explain university policies, Title IV, military and veterans’ affairs, and applicable regulations
• provide student finance advice
• resolve escalated concerns
• identify process improvements and participate in new-process rollouts
• contribute to meetings and committees
• serve as a subject matter expert on Title IV programs and comply with applicable laws.
