Physical Therapist - Home Health - Waynesboro at Piedmont Healthcare in Waynesboro, GA. This is an onsite position. The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. They work to determine a treatment plan, perform interventions, and evaluate patient progress.

What you'll do

• The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
• Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelors Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology

Experience

1 year experience as a licensed occupational therapist in an acute, outpatient or post-acute setting
