What you'll do

• Drive membership, personal training, and merchandise sales
• review sales processes
• execute marketing and community outreach
• manage social media engagement and member follow-up
• address delinquent accounts and membership cancellations or freezes
• maintain the club and equipment
• complete deposits, till and inventory counts
• audit personal training and client tracking
• review timecards and club reports
• lead team meetings, goal setting, and performance evaluations
• sustain the personal training department
• coordinate with lead or regional management.
