Customer Success Representative

• identify sales opportunities within the customer base
• build relationships from onboarding through adoption and expansion
• document interactions in Salesforce CRM and other SaaS tools
• resolve complaints and follow up
• support customers at risk of cancellation or downgrade
• and collaborate internally to address recurring issues.
