What you'll do

• Serve as the internal interface among sales, research and development, product development, and production, and communicate with customers
• provide technical and commercial support
• use sizing programs to match products to customer requirements
• participate in defining and evaluating target prices
• analyze market development and contribute to market development
• plan and follow up customer and trade-show visits
• maintain quotation, customer, and order data in the CRM system
• follow quality requirements.
