What you'll do

• Train, evaluate, and coach employees
• oversee clinical staff schedules, assignments, and breaks
• oversee clinical and phlebotomy supply ordering and inventory tracking
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• coordinate with vendors to resolve errors and equipment issues
• educate staff on clinical policies and work instructions
• maintain OSHA safety standards
• manage daily and weekly medical assistant schedules, call-outs, and staffing across eight centers.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., subject to change with patient volume and coverage, with rotating weekends and holidays. Phlebotomy state certification is required; a Certified Medical Assistant program is preferred.
