What you'll do

• Submit claims on time and follow up on payer rejections
• use payer websites and portals to track claims
• apply payer rules and contract guidelines
• monitor payer policy updates and communicate changes
• review and correct denied claims
• notify and refund governmental overpayments within 60 days of identification
• assist the Collection Unit with patient inquiries
• perform other assigned office duties.
