The Lead Vehicle Mechanic is an onsite position based in Lakeland, FL. This role supports the Clean Harbors fleet and asset management team, which provides essential environmental and industrial services. This role exists to oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop. The Lead Mechanic supervises maintenance work, ensures the company fleet remains in DOT compliance, and maintains all service and parts records, ensuring the shop operates efficiently and safely.
