What you'll do

• Inspect damaged vehicles and identify repairs
• prepare estimates and supplements
• communicate and negotiate with customers and insurance adjusters
• review estimates for required labor, parts, materials, and procedures
• coordinate with technicians, parts staff, painters, and management
• monitor repair progress
• maintain photos, notes, and repair records
• provide customer service through vehicle delivery.
