What you'll do
- Deliver personalized behavioral care
- serve as a positive role model
- develop and implement Individual Action Plans teaching independent-living skills such as money management, nutrition, and socialization
- deliver approved Medicaid-billable services
- complete assessments, progress notes, monthly summaries, and medication logs
- respond to emergencies using assessment and crisis-intervention skills
- mentor and train incoming residence counselor staff.
