What you'll do

• Answer resident signal lights and bells
• assist with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care, feeding, range-of-motion exercises, wheelchair movement, and ambulation. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and food and fluid intake and output as directed
• communicate resident and family needs and report clinical changes to the nursing team.
