What you'll do

• Plan and lead group fitness classes
• demonstrate and modify exercises for different abilities
• monitor participant safety and technique
• maintain attendance records
• inspect equipment and facilities and report concerns
• follow facility safety procedures
• respond to emergencies according to protocols
• communicate with participants and staff
• promote recreation and wellness programs
• attend required meetings, training, and certifications.
